"Dear whoever is considering Arthur... Arthur Wang is an (very) energetic, yet mindful translator with significant experience in his work. I have worked with him both as a translator, and a F/OSS developer. He would never call anything satisfatory and will take his time arguing for better technical outcomes and practices. Recently Athur, Zixing Liu (liushuyu011 on Transifex), and I has worked on GNOME L10n projects (at their Damned Lies system), not only did we successfully finished all but Orca translations for zh_CN, Arthur has volunteered himself to negotiate with current coordinator and committer and hence making sure that our work will be available for GNOME users.
